V\u00a0minul\u00fdch letech nebyly p\u016fdn\u00ed vestavby tak \u010dasto k\u00a0vid\u011bn\u00ed, dnes pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0velmi obl\u00edben\u00e9mu a lukrativn\u00edmu druhu bydlen\u00ed.\tKouzlo podkrov\u00edKr\u00e1sa p\u016fdn\u00edch prostor\u016f spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve zkosen\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch, st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edch oknech a sv\u00e9 originalit\u011b.\u00a0 Zkr\u00e1tka jde o m\u00edsto, kter\u00e9 b\u00fdv\u00e1 sv\u00fdmi proporcemi naprosto nezam\u011bniteln\u00e9 s\u00a0jin\u00fdmi. Proto\u017ee podkrov\u00ed je samo o sob\u011b p\u016fvabn\u00fdm aspektem, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a dopl\u0148ky vol\u00edme jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, sp\u00ed\u0161e tlumen\u00e9. \u010casto b\u00fdvaj\u00ed pou\u017eity nest\u00e1rnouc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly, nen\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edtomnost \u201ep\u0159iznan\u00fdch\u201c d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdch tr\u00e1m\u016f, kter\u00e9 prop\u016fj\u010duj\u00ed podkrovn\u00edm byt\u016fm onu \u00fatulnost a h\u0159ejivost. St\u011bny i tr\u00e1my mohou b\u00fdt oblo\u017eeny s\u00e1drokartonem. Ani tak prostor neztr\u00e1c\u00ed nic ze sv\u00e9ho kouzla.\tNev\u00fdhody p\u016fdn\u00edho bytuAbych v\u0161ak byla objektivn\u00ed, mus\u00edm zm\u00ednit i nev\u00fdhody podkrovn\u00edch byt\u016f. Ano, bydlen\u00ed v\u00a0podkrov\u00ed s\u00a0sebou nese i probl\u00e9my. Negativem je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm omezen\u00fd prostor. Nepravideln\u00fd tvar pokoj\u016f a zkosen\u00e9 st\u011bny v\u011bt\u0161inou znamenaj\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i po\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1bytku. Mnohdy se nevyhneme koupi n\u00e1bytku d\u011blan\u00e9ho na m\u00edru na\u0161emu bytu a p\u0159edstav\u00e1m. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bytu na zak\u00e1zku je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed a s\u00a0t\u00edm je t\u0159eba p\u0159i po\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed takov\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat. Je vhodn\u00e9 pe\u010dliv\u011b zv\u00e1\u017eit um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed \u00falo\u017en\u00fdch prostor, jeliko\u017e t\u011bch nen\u00ed nikdy dost p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0rodin\u00e1ch s\u00a0d\u011btmi. Jestli\u017ee m\u00e1me za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vyhotoveno a um\u00edst\u011bno dle proporc\u00ed bytu, zapome\u0148me na pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fapravy a p\u0159esouv\u00e1n\u00ed gau\u010de a ob\u00fdvac\u00ed st\u011bny. Pokud se n\u00e1m dom\u00e1cnost rozroste o nov\u00e9ho \u010dlena rodiny, m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout probl\u00e9m nap\u0159\u00edklad i s\u00a0um\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm dal\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed \u017eidle \u2013 v\u00edm o tom sv\u00e9.Zkr\u00e1tka, p\u0159i po\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m za\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fdn\u00edho bytu je t\u0159eba p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let v\u00edce do budoucnosti.St\u00e1le tou\u017e\u00edte po p\u016fdn\u00edm bytu pln\u00e9ho sv\u011btla a drah\u00e9ho n\u00e1bytku? Jen do toho. Osobn\u011b jsem i p\u0159es ur\u010dit\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ekosti velk\u00fdm zast\u00e1ncem tohoto zp\u016fsobu bydlen\u00ed.
